Our favourite ways to use essential oils
Breathe deep
When you are feeling time-pressured, simply taking a deep breath
of the aroma can give you the emotional benefit you need. Highly
concentrated and powerfully potent, you will star t to experience an
effect as soon as you open the bot tle.
In a diffuser
Immerse yourself and your surroundings with the fine, cool mist of
your selected aroma by diffusing an essential oil. Place 2-3 drops
of essential oil into the Diffuser together with 75ml of water. To
experience the maximum emotional benefits, place your diffuser
close to where you’ll be.
Massage
Massaging with essential oils is a great way to release the powerful
aromatic benefits, while also softening the skin. Dilute 2 drops of
essential oil with the Mind & Mood Essential Carrier Oil, before
massaging the oil blend into your skin for a transforming massage
experience that optimises your emotional wellbeing.
In the bath or shower
Take time for yourself and elevate your bath or shower experience
with the emotional benefits of essential oils, for a truly ambient
and therapeutic experience. Add 5 drops of essential oil to your
bath water and gently swirl; or place 3 drops of essential oil on
your shower walls – enjoy the moment, consciously breathing in the
fragrant steam of the aroma.
