ENERGISE ME BREATHING EXERCISE
1. Diffuse, massage or breathe deep from the
Energise Me Essential Oil Blend.
2. Stand or sit comfortably, with shoulders
back and an open heart.
3. Hold your hands at heart level, with palms
facing forward and fingers spread.
4. Breathe in through your nose, moving your
arms upward towards the sky.
5. Exhale through your nose, bringing your
arms back to heart position.
6. Repeat at a steady pace for 10 breaths,
or until you feel revitalised and more alert.
